Real stories, real people— hear from those who’ve taken the step of strengthening their financial security with us.
Here are answers to some of the questions you might have.
This rider offers pure guaranteed protection with a fixed sum assured that never changes based on market performance. There are no investment funds, no NAV fluctuations—just straightforward, predictable coverage. It's ideal for those who want certainty and simplicity without tracking market-linked values.
The fundamental difference is market connection. A Linked rider ties into investment funds whose values can rise or fall with markets. A Non-Linked rider guarantees your sum assured stays fixed regardless of economic conditions. Non-Linked also offers a longer 5-year revival period (vs 3 years for Linked), making it more forgiving if premiums lapse.
Anyone with a Generali Central base policy between ages 18-65 who wants to increase family protection affordably. It's especially suitable for risk-averse individuals who prefer guaranteed benefits over market-linked growth potential, or those taking on new financial obligations (home loans, children's education) who need predictable additional coverage. This benefit helps manage medical expenses and income loss during treatment and recovery
You get a grace period (15 days for monthly, 30 days for others) to pay without penalty. Miss payments beyond grace period and the rider lapses. You then have 5 years to revive by paying overdue premiums with interest and proving insurability. The rider can only revive alongside your base policy. And in case of Single Pay, the grace period is not applicable.
